Experience: 2-3 years’ experience.
Job Specific

Comments:
  • Responsible for handling the requirements given by the industries
  • Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions
  • Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals , References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements
  • Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
  • Providing proper Counseling and guidance to Shortlisted candidates before interview.
Candidate Profile:
  • Technically Sound & Innovative.
  • Must be proactive in his approach & attitude.
  • Aggressive & Strong leadership with good interpersonal skill.
